- Platform or riser to assure visibility (Ramp is nice but not essential)
- Audio Visual equipment: Computer, LCD Projector and Screen for Power Point Presentation
- American Flag in a stand on the platform
- Audience as close to the stage as possible (preferrably 6 feet)
- Table available to autograph books and sell products following the presentation
